Just a quick note before I head out to the South Florida Fair and enjoy the 60 degree weather that is such a treat here at this time of year.

As I study what is unfolding across our nation and the world, I realize that many are taking a “wait and see” posture instead of taking proactive action to protect themselves and their loved ones from what I (and others) increasingly see as inevitable. As is often the case throughout history, this may prove to not be the wisest course of action.

Those who “wait and see” may find, unfortunately through hind-sight (which is always 20/20), that this was the time to take action! You see, a divide is forming (or more accurately returning within society) – here and across much of the western world –  fewer and fewer will find themselves in the “middle class”. Simply put, there will be a few with abundance, and the many who are struggling. I have heard it described as “the beach or the soupline.”

I have a simple question for you: Where would YOU and YOUR FAMILY rather be?

The winds of change can be felt everywhere. Real unemployment is over 17% and shows no sign of decreasing. Ask anyone with a job how secure they feel about their being employed in the coming months and years. The housing industry shows no sign of recovery, in fact as the “zero percent” loans reset this year, many experts expect a new round of foreclosures! What impact will that have upon current housing inventory?? Further, have you noticed how much more YOU are spending lately for food AND fuel? And, as fuel rises, you DO know that food has to rise as well, right?!

So, what reasonable course of action can YOU take?

I know what my answer is! My first goal is to generate a significant, passive income cash flow. This leads me to the home based business industry – an industry which in many ways is a field filled with land mines. Trust me, I have reviewed it and for those who have tried to generate income from home, I feel your pain. But, there is good news…

First the trends – you need to hear the audio recordings I have linked here – they truly detail why you need to be actively looking at our industry – now. I’m not going to get company specific at the moment – just talking the industry in general.
Let me share just a few thoughts/facts explaining why here:

For the next 19 years, over 10,000 “baby boomers” will be turning 65 each day. And…many have every reason to expect to live another 20 or 30 years. Many will be and are looking for a way to earn extra income and will be looking for leaders to help them.

In times of economic downturns with high unemployment (and face it, the real numbers show unemployment somewhere OVER 17% in the USA), the home based business industry flourishes.

In the past 5 years, many blue collar and white collar employees who thought they had a job for as long as they wanted it found themselves out of work through NO fault of their own. Just ask those who worked for Chrysler; GM; Lehman; Enron and the list goes on!

Why is this good news? Well, for those who take action, history clearly demonstrates that our industry grows every time the economy does this! Simply put, now is the time to take action!
