And remember… GOLD is over $1800./ounce as I write this post!!
I just finished watching Mike Maloney’s 90 minute video (below), and YES, I watched the ENTIRE THING! By watching this video, you’ll probably learn more than in an entire semester of college economics!
Watch Mike’s presentation to understand the meaning and implications of the money supply chart pictured here. Click the chart to visit Mike Dillard’s Elevation Group to learn who I turn to for great advice and insights.
Is Gold UNDERVALUED or OVERVALUED?
This is a key question that Mike answers for you and explains clearly what to anticipate – and even the time scale upon which this is likely to happen. Mike quotes himself as saying “”This is the Greatest Wealth Transfer in History, Therefore it is the greatest opportunity in history.”… you and I would be wise to hear and take action upon his words.
I was most taken by Mike’s stunning predictions of where stocks, gold and RE are headed…and why this time is different… (from recent boom’s and bust’s).
When Mike states “i dont care about gold and silver. they’re just lumps of metal. they don’t generate cash flow. I dont want gold and silver, just right now i dont want anything else.” I think his point is well taken. He is clearly NOT a “gold bug” and implied in his statement, he clearly understands the power of generating cash flow (see http://alansills.com/work-with-al to review my personal cash flow plan.)
A key point Mike raises is the concept of wealth cycles – and by applying it, finding the road to true wealth: sell the overvalued asset near its peak, buy the undervalued asset. He goes on to explain how to tell if gold is in a bubble and if not, when and why that bubble may form.
A few additional quick thoughts:
- How rare are gold and silver? If ALL the available gold were distributed to each living person on the planet, each person could have 1/3 of an ounce. For silver, ready for this… its only 1/14th of an ounce!
- a dollar is really a claim check on an IOU
- the dollar is given value because yesterday it purchased you something, so tomorrow you assume it will purchase you something
- looking at the currency supply allows you to see into the future… mike explains within
- While gold and silver are likely to be important to hold for a time, I turn to the Elevation Group for advice on WHEN to sell and WHAT to buy next – and how to buy it
